The Elder Scrolls Online Reveals New Seasonal System Change for 2025

ZeniMax Online工作室宣布，《上古卷轴OL》将采用全新的季度内容更新系统，取代以往的年度大型DLC模式。这一转变旨在提供更多样化且更频繁的内容更新。
自2017年以来，《上古卷轴OL》每年都会推出一个大型DLC，外加其他独立游戏内容和对地下城、区域等的更新。这款2014年发行的游戏最初评价褒贬不一，但工作室通过重大更新回应了玩家的批评，提升了游戏口碑和销量。值此十周年之际，ZeniMax决定再次革新其拓展Tamriel世界的方式。
工作室总监Matt Firor在年末致玩家信中宣布，新的内容模式将以季度为单位，每个季度（3-6个月）推出一个主题季，包含新的叙事线索、事件、物品和地下城。Firor表示，这种新方法将使ZeniMax能够“专注于在一年中提供更多样化的内容”。更新、修复和新系统也将能够更动态地推出，因为开发团队正在围绕一个模块化的、随时发布的框架进行重组。此外，《上古卷轴OL》团队的一条推特指出，新的内容模式将带来持久存在的任务、故事和区域，这与其他季节性更新游戏的临时内容模式不同。
更频繁的内容更新
