Final Fantasy VII Rebirth PC Specs Demand High-End Hardware for 4K
Square Enix has released updated PC specifications for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, highlighting the need for powerful hardware, particularly for 4K resolution. Two weeks ahead of the PC launch, the updated requirements emphasize the need for high-end graphics cards with 12-16GB VRAM for optimal 4K gameplay.
The game will leverage DLSS upscaling, Shader Model 6.6 support, and DirectX 12 Ultimate. This follows the November release of a PS5 Pro enhancement patch, further showcasing the game's visual advancements. However, unlike Final Fantasy VII Remake, Rebirth will not receive any DLC at this time, with Square Enix focusing on Part 3 of the Remake project.
While some PC specs were previously revealed, Square Enix clarified that 12-16GB of VRAM is recommended for 4K resolution. Other minimum, recommended, and ultra settings are detailed below:
