On Historian, all enemy attacks are blockable, and it's easier to stagger foes, gain bravery, and fill the Musou Gauge. Blocking on Hero also reduces bravery, shortens the time to influence battles, and slightly decreases Skill Points and gold earnings. Ultimate Warrior intensifies the Hero experience with even tighter windows for parries and evades, and significantly reduced battle rewards.
