Wuthering Waves has released its Version 2.3 update, rolling out in four phases to mark the game’s first anniversary and its debut on Steam. The game is now accessible on PC.

Wuthering Waves Version 2.3: Fiery Arpeggio of Summer

This update introduces new characters, storylines, and event content. Players with a solid Union Level can explore a wealth of activities over the next month. The update is live from April 29th to June 12th, 2025.

New narratives include A Blaze in the Dark and Your Summer Will Never Fade. Additionally, fresh Phantom Echoes like Crownless (including its Nightmare variant), Nimbus Wraith, and a cunning Chest Mimic are available.

The Gifts of Grand Celebration login event, running from May 23rd to June 11th, offers Radiant Tides and a Moment of Resonance for players at Union Level 8. Check out the update details below.

Additional login events include Gifts of Grand Reunion (April 29th to June 11th) and Gifts of Melodic Verses (June 5th to June 19th), rewarding players with Radiant Tide, Lustrous Tide, Astrite, Modifiers, and various upgrade materials.

Returning and New Minigames

Cubie Derby returns as a casual warm-up and a spectator event, letting players cheer for their favorite Cubes. Roll dice, move your Cube across a board, and collect rewards like Phantom: Chest Mimic and Flight Aspect: Laureate.

In the first phase, players can pull Resonators such as Lumi, Taoqi, and Yuanwu, along with weapons like Dauntless Evernight, Overture, and Hollow Mirage. This phase lasts until June 11th.
