The new Resident Evil 6 remaster might be coming soon

Initially released in 2012 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, Resident Evil 6 received a remastered edition in 2016 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This new listing strongly suggests a further re-release optimized for current-gen consoles, likely including PlayStation 5. An official announcement is still pending.
Interestingly, the game's genre description has shifted. Previous versions were categorized as "third-person shooter," while the new ESRB listing describes it as "survival horror." This subtle change hints at potential differences, though specifics remain undisclosed. A full reveal is anticipated to clarify these alterations.
