Early in Freedom Wars Remastered, accessing the Cell Garden becomes crucial for the main storyline. Subsequently, it serves as a secure location for resource farming, offering a safer alternative to operational missions. While multiple Cell Gardens exist, their discovery method remains consistent regardless of your game progression. Here's a guide to locating and utilizing any Cell Garden effectively.

Where To Find Cell Garden Entrances in Freedom Wars Remastered

Mattias's request to investigate a ghost girl story initiates your search for the Cell Garden. Locate the main cell block of Level 2: 2-A000. In the left corner, you'll find a small room resembling an elevator; interacting with it transports you to 2-E165 (Enzo's location).

From 2-E165, follow the right-hand wall to another small room containing a device leading to 2-G100. Repeat this process; the far room in 2-G100 houses the device that unlocks the Cell Garden.

This pathway remains consistent across all levels. Acquiring the Quick-Travel Entitlement significantly reduces travel time. Post-main quest completion, access to any Cell Garden becomes unrestricted, although a specific Entitlement offers considerable advantages.

Each device leading to the next area or the Cell Garden is clearly marked with a blue door icon.

How the Cell Garden Functions in Freedom Wars Remastered

The initial Cell Garden mission differs from subsequent uses. Here's how it operates outside the main storyline:

  • A one-minute time limit is imposed.
  • The room's layout changes each visit.
  • Eight resource orbs (small green spheres) are scattered throughout.

Entitlements purchased from the Window on Liberty extend your Cell Garden time. Some layouts present puzzles, potentially increasing difficulty. The first upgrade, granting a two-minute limit, unlocks at CODE level 3.
