If you believe developers have neglected the original Path of Exile, think again. Grinding Gear Games has unveiled details for the upcoming Legacy of Phrecia event, scheduled to launch next Thursday and continue through March 23.

Dive into the action with a fresh character. This fits perfectly, as the event’s standout feature is a total overhaul of all nineteen Ascendancy classes. For instance, players can opt to summon spiders as the Servant of Arakaali, command the forces of nature as the Daughter of Oshabi, or bend reality itself as the Harbinger. The entire passive skill tree has been reworked too, making the event both thrilling at first glance and wonderfully refreshing to explore.

During the event, you’ll have the freedom to switch between classes at will and test a variety of builds. Rewards include pieces of the Autumn Knight armor set—earn one piece for every 20 levels you gain.
