尽管Meta的VR头显系列取得了相当的成功，但Meta Quest Pro的销量却未能达到预期。这主要是因为其过高的价格——上市时售价高达1499.99美元。相比之下，标准Meta Quest系列头显的价格从低至299.99美元到499.99美元不等，Meta Quest Pro的价格对于普通消费者来说过于昂贵，也未能获得Meta所期望的企业级市场采用。因此，该头显最终被停产。
目前，正如Meta预期的那样，Meta Quest Pro的剩余库存已在官网商店售罄。商店页面承认Meta Quest Pro已不再销售，并建议用户改用Meta Quest 3，称其为“终极混合现实体验”。虽然消费者仍有可能在实体店找到剩余的Meta Quest Pro库存，但这种可能性会随着时间的推移而降低。
