How to Get Napoleon: Revolutionary Persona

Prefer a different Napoleon? Unlock the Revolutionary Persona by linking your 2K account and your Civilization 6 game to Civ 7. You don't need to have played Civ 6 on the same platform as Civ 7.

The Revolutionary Napoleon is a cultural/militaristic leader with the ability "La Grande Armee": "+1 Movement for all Land Units. Defeating an enemy Unit provides Culture equal to 50% of its Combat Strength."

His agenda, "Culture from Conquest," favors players with high Culture Per Turn and dislikes those with many alliances.
