Obtaining Lapras EX
Currently, a special event featuring Lapras EX is running in Pokémon TCG Pocket. This event lets you battle AI opponents using Water-type decks featuring Lapras. The key to getting Lapras EX is earning Promo Packs as rewards from these battles.
Event Details and Strategies
- Limited Time: The event concludes on November 18th, so act fast!
- Promo Pack Rewards: Each Promo Pack contains a single card, with equal chances of receiving Mankey, Pikachu, Clefairy, Butterfree, or Lapras EX. Your luck determines how many packs you'll need.
- Expert Stage Farming: While all stages offer a chance at a Promo Pack, only the Expert stage guarantees one per battle. Auto-farming (if you have a suitable deck like Pikachu EX) is highly recommended for efficiency.
- Event Hourglasses: Completing all stages rewards Event Hourglasses, allowing you to replenish your stamina and continue farming.
- Future Trading: If you miss out, trading will be implemented in the game eventually, providing another avenue to acquire Lapras EX.
