Before each run, you can activate items to enhance your performance. Use a Note Gain to boost your note collection or a Barrier to avoid tripping over obstacles. Collect crystals to unlock exclusive outfits and room items from HYDE's career, and unlock the Microphone Stand to access voice clips from HYDE himself.
