WordPix is one of our top picks from Pocket Gamer Connects London

Fresh from Pocket Gamer Connects London, we got hands-on with some exciting new game releases. One standout title was the word-based puzzler, WordPix.

WordPix challenges you to guess words based on simple images. For example, a scaly reptile might be a "Lizard," while a certain large rodent is a "Capybara." The core concept is straightforward, making it perfect for quick mental workouts on the go.

To keep things interesting, WordPix offers a variety of game modes. You can play solo or against others in multiplayer. For a tougher challenge, try the "Beat the Boss" mode. Daily challenges, including "Word of the Day" and "Quote of the Day," along with a Sudoku mode, add even more variety.

WordPix's appeal is clear: a clean, user-friendly interface, an accessible core concept that gradually increases in difficulty, and plenty of gameplay variations to keep you engaged. We hope to see more content added as the game launches globally this year. Currently, it's available on iOS in the US and UK, and on Android in the UK.
