Warframe: 1999 Launches Techrot Encore - Rock Out Now!
It's been an exhilarating three weeks since we first teased the Warframe: 1999's Techrot Encore update, and now it's finally here! Dive into a fresh chapter of the narrative featuring new characters, innovative mission types, and the introduction of the 60th Warframe, Temple. Whether you're a seasoned player or a newcomer, there's plenty to explore and enjoy.
For the adrenaline junkies among you, there's an exciting new Atomicycle racing mini-game to get your heart racing. But perhaps the most talked-about feature is the rockin' music tracks that perfectly complement the stunning cosmetic skins and an array of cool new weapons. And yes, you read that right - there are boy band boss fights that add a unique twist to your battles!
As we've previously covered, you'll have the chance to build deeper relationships with new characters like Flare (Temple), Minerva (Saryn), Velimir (Frost), and Kaya (Nova) through the expanded K.I.M. conversation system. Alongside these narrative enhancements, quality-of-life improvements have been rolled out, including reworked Pseudo Exalted Abilities, fewer waves in Defense missions, and increased replayability for The Duviri Paradox and The Hex quests.
“Getting to extend that experience in Techrot Encore with more ‘90s nostalgia, more Protoframes, more original music, and the most requested addition in recent memory, the Technocyte Coda, is just as exciting for us as it is for players,” says Rebecca Ford, Creative Director.
