Vault Dwellers Rejoice! Fallout Season 2 Prepares to Film
Amazon Prime's Fallout TV series gears up for its second season, beginning filming this November. The news, confirmed by returning cast member Leslie Uggams (Betty Pearson) in an interview with Screen Rant, follows the show's successful April premiere.
While the full cast hasn't been officially announced, Ella Purnell (Lucy MacLean) and Walton Goggins (Cooper "The Ghoul" Howard) are expected to reprise their roles. Uggams hinted at exciting developments for her character, Betty Pearson, teasing, "Betty’s got some things up her sleeve. Just stay tuned."
A 2026 premiere is anticipated, considering the production timeline of the first season (filming July 2022, premiere April 2024). However, an official release date remains unconfirmed.

Producer Graham Wagner revealed that Fallout S2 will venture to New Vegas, introducing the iconic antagonist Robert House, whose involvement in the season's plot remains shrouded in mystery. His appearance was subtly foreshadowed in season one flashbacks.
The second season promises to further explore untold stories and expand on the first season's cliffhangers, including deeper dives into Vault-Tec's inner workings, the origins of the Great War, and character backstories.
