After years of anticipation, Clash Royale has finally granted the Inferno Dragon its long-overdue Evolution upgrade. This legendary card, known for its devastating firepower, now boasts enhanced capabilities that give it fresh battlefield dominance. Supercell celebrated the reveal with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola in a uniquely entertaining presentation.

A Heated Negotiation Takes Center Stage

Nearly a decade after its introduction, the Inferno Dragon stars in a spectacular new Clash Royale trailer. Watch as Leikola plays the dragon's eccentric Hollywood agent, masterfully negotiating its path to stardom.

The fiery creature whimsically abandons its Clash Royale duties to pursue grander ambitions in the entertainment capital.

The Inferno Dragon's Evolution fundamentally changes its combat effectiveness. While the original version reset damage when switching targets, the evolved form maintains its accumulating firepower for devastating impact.

Inferno Dragon Evolution Sparks New Clash Royale Season

Titled How to Evolve Your Dragon!, the new season introduces both the Inferno Dragon Evolution and the return of 2v2 League mode. Partner with friends or random allies to climb the competitive ranks.

Milestone Events, available from Arena 7 onward, offer enticing rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive cosmetic items.

Crown Chase #1 delivers a Battle Banner complete with frame and decoration, plus an Epic Book of Cards. Crown Chase #2 follows up with another Battle Banner and 3 Evolution Shards.

To showcase the new Evolution cards, multiple Game Modes and Challenges will run through June and early July. The Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft occurs June 2-9, followed by the Inferno Dragon Challenge June 6-9, rewarding a Battle Banner and unique Emote.

Evolution Mayhem (June 9-16) allows up to 4 Evolution Cards per deck. Magical Trio runs June 16-23, followed by 4 Card Showdown June 23-30. Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7) pushes the limit with up to 8 Evolution Cards per deck.
