Pokémon: Trainer Tour – Launching July 31st!

A Celebration of the Pokémon TCG Community

The Pokémon Company International is thrilled to announce "Pokémon: Trainer Tour," a new reality show premiering globally on Prime Video and the Roku Channel on July 31st.

Hosts Meghan Camarena (Strawburry17) and Andrew Mahone (Tricky Gym) will take viewers on a cross-country journey, meeting and mentoring aspiring Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) trainers. Traveling in a special Pikachu-themed bus, they'll share the stories and passion of Pokémon TCG enthusiasts from all walks of life.

Andy Gose, Senior Director of Media Production at The Pokémon Company International, stated that this show is a unique venture, highlighting the diverse Pokémon fanbase. He expressed gratitude for the chance to showcase the community spirit fostered by the Pokémon TCG.

Since its 1996 debut, the Pokémon TCG has captivated millions. Now, nearly 30 years later, it's a global phenomenon with a massive, dedicated community and a vibrant competitive scene.

"Pokémon: Trainer Tour" celebrates this game and its players, providing an intimate look at the experiences and stories of the diverse individuals who make up the Pokémon fanbase.
