育碧新任创意总监Drew Rechner在《星球大战：法外之徒》首个大型发布后更新中，分享了提升游戏机制和玩家体验的计划，回应了玩家关于战斗、潜行和操控等关键领域的反馈。根据开发商的公告，“迄今为止最大规模的更新”将于11月21日与游戏在Steam平台的上线和首个DLC一起推出。
开发商更新以Rechner对《法外之徒》社区的热情和支持的真诚感谢开始，感谢“你们围绕游戏创作的粉丝艺术、评论和视频”。但除此之外，Rechner在他作为创意总监向社区发布的第一条消息中，也承认了玩家宝贵的建设性反馈。“感谢你们的分享，帮助我们让游戏变得更好，”他说。
