Acquiring the Cavalier Sniper Rifle

The Cavalier Sniper Rifle is located within the Duga base, near the Military Unit. Specifically, it's hidden in a warehouse connected to a greenhouse. If you've previously visited Duga to retrieve the Journalist's stash, accessing this area should be straightforward via the secondary entrance.

Accessing the Warehouse

Upon entering the Duga base, navigate towards the Military Unit building (marked on your map). You don't need to enter the building itself; instead, circumvent it to reach the greenhouse at the rear. Be wary, as two Pseudogiants patrol this area and will attack on sight. Proceed cautiously to avoid a confrontation.

Once inside the greenhouse, you'll find yourself in the warehouse. Prepare for a swarm of rats upon entering; their attacks can quickly deplete your health. Utilize the elevated green platforms at the back of the warehouse for cover. A grenade is recommended to swiftly eliminate the rodent infestation.

Retrieving the Cavalier

After clearing the rats, examine the warehouse ceiling above the greenhouse entrance. You'll notice wooden boards painted yellow. Shoot these boards with your weapon to dislodge the Cavalier sniper rifle, which will fall to the ground below.

Collect your prize and safely exit the Duga base. The Cavalier can be further upgraded by Screw, the technician at Rostok base. Its high damage and accuracy are further enhanced with modifications and upgrades.
