Successfully defeating Chameleos allows you to craft the new Mizuha Set armor, which features the Chameleos Venomist skill. This skill reduces the duration of poison and venom effects on you by half and makes it easier to inflict poison on your targets. The materials from Chameleos can also be used to craft a variety of weapons, including Dual Blades, Great Sword, Long Sword, Hammer, Gunlance, Switch Axe, Charge Blade, and Bow.
