Chapter 2: Neon Revenge – In the Big City Life section, after grappling away from the water park, you'll land on a balcony. The bench is right there, inviting you to take a break and enjoy the view.

Chapter 3: Hopes of Spring – Head to the Halls of Ice section. When you enter the room with the sliding block puzzle, look out towards the balcony near a large tree. The bench awaits you there for a well-deserved rest.
