A surprising lack of pre-launch fanfare surrounded the PC release of Marvel's Spider-Man 2. Insomniac Games waited until the last minute to unveil the system requirements.

Minimum specs (targeting 720p at 30fps) call for a GTX 1650 or Radeon RX 5500 XT graphics card, 16GB of RAM, and an i3-8100 or Ryzen 3 3100 processor. For maxed-out settings (without ray tracing), an RTX 3070 is recommended. Only those aiming for ray tracing or 4K resolution will need an RTX 40XX series card.

Accompanying the spec reveal was a launch trailer.

The PC version will include all post-launch updates and improvements from the console releases. Deluxe Edition purchases offer bonus content, and linking a PlayStation Network (PSN) account unlocks additional costumes.

While Marvel's Spider-Man 2 initially launched on October 20, 2023, exclusively for PlayStation 5, the PC version swings into action on January 30, 2025.
