Celebrate 25 Years of The Sims with Legacy Collections!

EA and Maxis are throwing a fantastic 25th-anniversary party for The Sims franchise, bringing back two beloved classics! The Sims 1 and The Sims 2 are now available on PC via the newly released Legacy Collections and the Sims 25th Birthday Bundle.

The Sims: Legacy Collection and The Sims 2: Legacy Collection are available individually or together for $40 in the Sims 25th Birthday Bundle. Both collections include nearly all expansions and stuff packs; The Sims 2 collection is missing only the IKEA Home Stuff pack. As a bonus, The Sims 1 includes the Throwback Fit Kit, and The Sims 2 offers a Grunge Revival Kit.

PlayThis marks the first time in over a decade that both games have been readily accessible digitally. The Sims 1 was originally only available on disc, and The Sims 2's Ultimate Collection was removed from EA's Origin store some time ago. Now, all four main Sims titles are easily obtainable through digital platforms.

Our original reviews praised The Sims 1 (9.5/10) and The Sims 2 (8.5/10) for their charm, simplicity, and challenge. While the series has evolved significantly, these originals remain worthwhile experiences, offering a nostalgic trip back to the roots of the franchise.

The Sims: Legacy Collection and The Sims 2: Legacy Collection are available now on Steam, the Epic Games Store, and the EA app.
