*Silver and Blood* transports players to the continent of Minexus, a once-prosperous land now teeming with terrifying Blood Beasts and governed by ancient, death-obsessed forces. The game's lore delves into the distant past, before the Continental Era, when thirteen alchemists consumed the blood of Abel the Martyr. This act granted them the power to pass on memories through blood, effectively achieving a form of immortality, thus birthing the Bloodborn.

Set in the year 1353, the narrative unfolds amidst the spread of a deadly disease known as Black Blood. The protagonist, Noah, faces execution by burning at the stake in his village due to symptoms of this disease. However, his fate takes a dramatic turn when a mysterious Bloodborn girl intervenes, revealing that Noah is crucial to the Bloodborn's quest to return to the moon.
