Back in January, Bluepoch Games thrilled fans with the announcement of an exciting collaboration. Now, they've unveiled more details about the much-anticipated Reverse: 1999 x Assassin's Creed crossover, which will feature the iconic Ezio as a playable character.

In partnership with Ubisoft, this crossover event will celebrate two beloved entries in the Assassin's Creed series: Assassin's Creed II and Odyssey. A teaser released in January showcased Vertin navigating a rainy street, with the glowing Assassin's Creed logo emerging in the distance, hinting at the thrilling adventures to come.

Get Ready to Welcome Ezio from Assassin’s Creed into Reverse: 1999!

The full plan has now been revealed, with the crossover set to launch on Android, iOS, and PC in August 2025. Beyond the inclusion of Ezio Auditore da Firenze, there's much more to anticipate in the Reverse: 1999 x Assassin's Creed collaboration.

The event is divided into two engaging phases, each presenting its unique set of Assassin's Creed-themed stories and events. Phase I transports players to Renaissance Florence, where Vertin and her team will navigate the 15th-century Italian landscape, piecing together cryptic clues.

Phase II shifts the setting to ancient Greece, immersing players in the world of Assassin's Creed Odyssey. Fans of the game will likely recognize the events that Vertin and her team encounter in this phase.

It's a Special Crossover

This crossover represents a significant milestone for Reverse: 1999, as it marks the first time all global servers will be synchronized, ensuring that players worldwide can access the event content simultaneously.

Reverse: 1999 is a time-traveling RPG that blends modern and retro aesthetics. Players assume the role of Vertin, the Timekeeper, who is immune to a mysterious phenomenon called The Storm. Following these storms, entire eras vanish, compelling Vertin and her partner Sonetto to journey through various time periods to rescue other arcanists affected by these temporal shifts.
