How to Get Serafin and Bliss

Serafin and Bliss are your initial crew members. Serafin, while always present, is generally unavailable for contracts. Both join automatically; no achievements are tied to their recruitment.

How to Get Juni

You'll meet Juni temporarily on Hexport. To recruit Juni permanently, visit Helion Gate after completing the "Idle Minds" clock at Solheim Records. A cutscene will trigger, followed by a contract. Agree to let Juni rejoin your ship upon its completion. Recruiting Juni unlocks the "Data Archaeologist" achievement.

How to Get Yu-Jin

Find Yu-Jin on Far Spindle after completing the "Getting Wracked" clock at Gaia’s Gyre (requires ordering a wrack four times, costing 16 Cryo). A contract will become available; completing it allows you to permanently recruit Yu-Jin. Recruiting Yu-Jin unlocks the "The Freelancer" achievement.

How to Get Luis

During the "Aphelion Beacon" contract, choosing to leave Yu-Jin behind opens the opportunity to recruit Luis.

How to Get Kadet

Initially encounter Kadet on Far Spindle after completing the "Spindle Core" clock at the Spindle Core location. This unlocks a new drive and Stripline Express. How to Get Femi & Nia

You can recruit either Femi or Nia, but not both. You’ll meet Nia on Hexport, where you'll also encounter Femi. Femi reappears on Floatsam, offering a contract to ensure Nia's safety. Completing this contract allows you to choose between Femi and Nia. Recruiting Femi unlocks the "Big Brother" achievement; recruiting Nia unlocks the "Little Sister" achievement.

How to Get Flint

After your first visit to Olivera, a contract will lead you to investigate Flint's disappearance. This will lead to another contract requiring a quick trap setup. Follow Xander to rescue Flint and then recruit him. Recruiting Flint unlocks the "Fugitive" achievement.
