The delay isn't attributed to unfinished development, but rather a strategic move to minimize competition within the already saturated tactical shooter market. Ubisoft aims to "optimize KPIs in a demanding yet very large market," prioritizing a strong initial launch rather than competing with other major releases like Delta Force: Hawk Ops.
