Marauder Tech Games launches the open alpha test for its tactical medieval fantasy game, Price of Glory: War Strategy. This turn-based strategy game features head-to-head duels set in a visually stunning yet harsh medieval world.

Gameplay Overview:

The game unfolds across diverse and challenging terrains, from arid deserts to dense forests and fiery volcanic arenas. Players strategically advance their troops, position them for optimal advantage, and make critical tactical decisions to defend their stronghold while simultaneously weakening enemy defenses.

A variety of factions and unit types are available, each with unique capabilities. From reconnaissance scouts uncovering hidden areas to heavily armored knights leading the charge, supported by vital healers, players must carefully manage their forces. The asynchronous gameplay allows for deliberate planning within a 24-hour turn limit, while a fast-paced blitz mode offers five-minute matches for immediate action.

Game Modes:

Price of Glory caters to various play styles:

• Skirmish Mode: A casual mode for experimenting with new strategies and testing unit combinations without significant risk.
• Tournaments: Competitive single-elimination tournaments offering substantial prizes.
• Salt Tournaments: Free-to-play tournaments where players earn "salt crystals" by completing in-game tasks or watching ads. These crystals can then be used to enter cash tournaments for a chance to win real money.

Resource Management:

Animo is the primary resource, used to recruit, move, and utilize the special abilities of units. The limited Animo per turn emphasizes strategic decision-making, particularly in player versus player (PvP) encounters.
