When Are Shiny Pokémon Arriving in Pokémon TCG Pocket?

Mark your calendars for March 27th, 2025, when the Shining Revelry expansion will launch. This exciting update brings over 110 new cards, including Shiny versions of fan favorites like Charizard ex, Lucario ex, and Pachirisu. Imagine the thrill of pulling a Shiny card that shimmers as you tilt your device! Starting April 1st, you can also get your hands on a Shiny Charizard-themed display board and binder.

But that's not all! The expansion also introduces Pokémon and Trainers from Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, featuring cards with Tatsugiri, Sprigatito, and Iono. Additionally, new ex Starter Deck missions will be available from March 28th to April 27th, offering you the chance to earn a deck ticket that can be exchanged for one of nine starter decks.

Shiny Pokémon have been a cherished part of the Pokémon TCG for years, first appearing in the Neo Destiny set from the second generation. The Hidden Fates set later set the standard for modern Shiny cards with its extensive Shiny Vault.
