Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and City Safari Events Announced!
Get ready, Pokémon GO trainers! Two exciting events are on the horizon: Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and Pokémon GO City Safari.
Pokémon GO Tour: Unova (February 21-23, 2025)
This in-person event, inspired by the Unova region games, will take place simultaneously in Los Angeles (Rose Bowl Stadium) and New Taipei City (Metropolitan Park).
Explore themed habitats (Winter Caverns, Spring Soiree, Summer Vacations, Autumn Masquerade) featuring Unova Pokémon and shiny Deerling variants. Shiny Meloetta awaits via Masterwork Research, and you can hatch shiny Sigilyph, Bouffalant, and others. Keep an eye out for shiny Pikachu with unique hats!
Legendary Pokémon Reshiram and Zekrom will appear in Five-Star Raids, Druddigon in Three-Star Raids, and Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott in One-Star Raids – all with increased shiny rates.
Tickets are available now at a discounted price: $25 USD in Los Angeles and $630 NT in New Taipei. Add-ons offer extra bonuses, such as 5,000 XP after completing a raid. The event runs 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time (PST and GMT+8 respectively). Enjoy booths, team lounges, and exclusive merchandise!
A global event, Pokémon GO Tour: Unova - Global, will follow on March 1-2, offering free Unova exploration for all trainers.
Pokémon GO City Safari (December 7-8, 2024)
Get ready for a citywide adventure in Hong Kong and São Paulo! Join Professor Willow and Eevee to solve a Pokémon mystery.
Receive a special explorer hat-wearing Eevee! Evolve it into Sylveon, Jolteon, or others (25 Eevee candy required), retaining the hat. The Eevee Explorers Expedition earns you a second hat-wearing Eevee.
Encounter Galarian Slowpoke, Unown P, Clamperl, and more in the wild. Hatch Oricorio (Pom-Pom and Sensu styles), Swablu, Skiddo, and location-specific Pokémon. Maps and Pikachu/Eevee visors (first-come, first-served) will aid your exploration. Tickets cost R$45 in São Paulo and $10 USD in Hong Kong. Add-ons provide extra items and increased shiny encounter chances. The event runs 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time.
