Get ready for the first Pokémon Go Community Day of 2025! The event kicks off on January 5th, featuring the Grass-type starter Sprigatito.

From 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM local time, Sprigatito will appear much more frequently in the wild. This is your chance to catch plenty and power up your team!

Event Bonuses:

• Triple Stardust and Double Candy: Catching Pokémon yields increased rewards.
• Double Candy XL Chance (Level 31+): Trainers at level 31 or higher will have a significantly boosted chance to obtain Candy XL.
• Extended Lure Modules and Incense: These will last for three hours!
• Discounted Trades: Trade Pokémon with halved Stardust costs, plus one extra Special Trade.

Evolving your Sprigatito into Floragato and then Meowscarada during the event (or within five hours afterward) unlocks the powerful Charged Attack Frenzy Plant. It also permanently learns Flower Trick!

Special Research:

A paid Special Research story will be available for $2, offering unique rewards such as a Premium Battle Pass, Rare Candy XL, and increased Sprigatito encounters. A free Timed Research will follow, providing a week-long opportunity to earn a Sprigatito with a special Dual Destiny background.
