Plunder Panic 3.0 Launches on Mobile, Adds Cross-Play

Jan 14,26

Plunder Panic has launched globally on mobile. This release coincides with Version 3.0, known as the Pocket Pirates Update, which officially went live today. Will Winn Games has brought its team-based pirate brawler to Android and iOS phones and tablets.

Master the Art of Ship Plundering!

For the first time, you can take the pirate action on the go. The mobile version offers both touch controls and wireless controller support, along with local multiplayer on a single device—a fantastic feature for a free-to-play game.

Version 3.0 introduces cross-platform play, connecting players on Android, iOS, Windows PC, macOS, and Steam Deck. Once the update arrives on consoles, cross-platform support will be complete across all systems.

While the base game is free, a one-time $3.99 upgrade unlocks the full premium experience. You can download Plunder Panic now on the Google Play Store.

Plunder Panic is a 2D platformer where your pirate crew battles a rival team. With up to six players per crew, victory depends entirely on your strategy.

Matches support up to 12 players locally or online. You can also fill out your crew with AI teammates if you're short on pirates.

The mobile version includes a 54-level campaign that gradually unlocks new game modes and modifiers as you progress.

With retro SNES-style pixel art and classic arcade energy, matches are short, chaotic, and wildly unpredictable—that's what makes it a blast. Give it a try if you're curious.
