A New Hub For Hunters

Grand Hub in Monster Hunter Wilds The showcase kicked off with a tour of the new endgame hub designed for hunting parties, known as the Grand Hub. This area is packed with new activities: from feasting together and arm wrestling to enjoying nightly performances by the Diva. Players can also engage in the Barrel Bowling mini-game, earning vouchers through various in-game activities and collecting more rewards.

To unlock the Grand Hub, reach Hunter Rank 16 and speak with Tetsuzan in Suja, the Peaks of Accord.

Mizutsune Arrives

Mizutsune in Monster Hunter Wilds A major highlight of Title Update 1 is the introduction of the elegant yet deadly Mizutsune. This monster boasts swift tail strikes and water jets among its arsenal, ready to challenge hunters when it arrives. To encounter Mizutsune, reach HR 21 or above and visit the Scarlet Forest to receive the quest from Kanya. Successful hunts will grant you the opportunity to craft new gear.

Additional Hunts on the Way

An upcoming Event Quest will introduce Arch-tempered Rey Dau to Monster Hunter Wilds. This encounter promises a higher difficulty than regular Tempered fights, reserved for hunters at HR 50 or above. Overcoming this challenge will reward you with new armor.

Zoh Shia will also return for more battles. Initially a one-time fight in the main story, players can now re-engage with Zoh Shia through new quests after reaching HR 50, and craft new armor from the spoils of victory.

Arena Quests

Speedrun enthusiasts will find Arena Quests tailored to their skills, allowing them to compete for the fastest clear times. Both Challenge Quests and Free Challenge Quests are on offer, with pendants awarded for participation and achievement. Access these quests via the counter in the new Grand Hub.

Change Alma's Outfit

Alma's new outfits in Monster Hunter Wilds Alma, the dedicated handler, is now getting a fashion update. Players can customize Alma's look through an appearance menu at camp, with one new outfit available for free. Completing a specific side mission will also allow you to switch Alma's glasses.

More DLC is on the Way

New DLC in Monster Hunter Wilds Alongside Title Update 1, a mix of free and paid DLC will enhance the game. Classic gestures from previous Monster Hunter games will be available for free, while the Cosmetic DLC Pack 1 and other items are available for purchase or included with the Cosmetic DLC Pass or Premium Deluxe Edition. Look forward to new stickers and additional cosmetic options for Alma.

More Event Quests and Seasonal Events

Seasonal Events in Monster Hunter Wilds Further Event Quests and Seasonal Events are planned, transforming the Grand Hub with thematic changes and special meals. During these events, players can acquire limited-time equipment, gestures, and decorations. The Festival of Accord: Blossomdance kicks off on April 23, adding pink cherry blossoms and new decor. Capcom has confirmed that most past events and Event Quests will return in the future.

The Roadmap Ahead

Here's the rollout schedule for Title Update 1 and its associated content. U.S. players will receive Title Update 1 on April 3, followed by the Blossomdance event on April 22.
