This exciting event brings a fresh way to compete, featuring a unique win condition, a special Sanctum location, and innovative snapping mechanics.

In Marvel Snap's Sanctum Showdown mode, the traditional gameplay is turned on its head. Instead of playing until turn six, victory is awarded to the player who reaches 16 points first. The Sanctum location is pivotal, as it awards the most points each turn. Snapping works differently here too; starting from turn three, you can snap once per turn to boost the Sanctum's value by one point, keeping the game's momentum dynamic and engaging.

Entering a match in Sanctum Showdown costs one Scroll, but a win rewards you with another, allowing the action to continue seamlessly. You begin with 12 Scrolls and receive two more every eight hours. Should you run out, you can purchase additional Scrolls for 40 Gold. Regardless of the match's outcome, every game contributes to your Sorcerer Rank and earns you Charms, which you can spend in the Sanctum Shop on cosmetics or new cards.

Are you strategizing to use Captain Marvel or Dracula to sway the match in your favor? Think again, as certain cards and locations are banned in this mode to ensure fair play. Abilities that affect final outcomes are disabled, and other cards like Debrii have been excluded to prevent one-sided strategies.
