Marvel Contest of Champions unleashes a chilling Halloween update, complete with new characters and spooky challenges, all part of their 10th-anniversary celebration.

A Spooktacular Halloween Event

This update introduces Scream and Jack O’ Lantern as playable champions. Scream, the symbiote with a vendetta, and Jack O’ Lantern, known for his sinister transformations, add a terrifying twist to the "House of Horrors" event. Players join Jessica Jones to solve a dark mystery leading to a nightmarish carnival. The "Jack's Bounty-full Hunt" side quest, running from October 9th to November 6th, presents weekly challenges and a gladiator-style battle arena where players compete for Jack O’ Lantern’s favor.

Celebrating a Decade of Combat

The Halloween festivities coincide with Marvel Contest of Champions' 10th anniversary. Kabam is celebrating with ten major reveals, including character reworks for Medusa and Purgatory. The "Deadpool's Ultimate Multiplayer Bonanza" introduces an Alliance Super Season with collaborative bounty missions. Venom-themed content, including the "Venom: Last Dance" event (October 21st to November 15th), is also part of the anniversary celebration. Anniversary Battlegrounds Season 22 is currently underway, ending October 30th, featuring new mechanics focused on buffs and critical hits.

60 FPS Update on the Horizon

A significant upgrade is coming: a 60 FPS gameplay update, launching on November 4th, will dramatically improve the game's fluidity. Currently, the game is capped at 30 FPS.
