KonoSuba: Fantastic Days to Conclude Service in January 2025

Sesisoft's popular RPG, KonoSuba: Fantastic Days, will cease operations on January 30th, 2025, bringing an end to its nearly five-year run. Both the global and Japanese servers will shut down simultaneously. However, a potential silver lining exists: developers are exploring the possibility of releasing a limited offline version, preserving the main storyline, key quests, and significant events for players to revisit. Further details regarding this offline version are pending.

In-App Purchases and Refunds

All in-app purchases were disabled on October 31st, 2024. Official channels will close on February 28th, 2025. Players can still utilize existing Quartz and in-game items until the service ends. Refunds for unused Quartz or unclaimed purchases from early 2024 are available until January 30th, 2025, for eligible players.

Initially launched in Japan in February 2020 and globally in August 2021, KonoSuba: Fantastic Days marked the first mobile game adaptation of the KonoSuba franchise. The game's charming narrative, appealing visuals, and visual novel-style story mode were well-received.
