If you're eagerly waiting for updates on big projects like GTA 6, you're not alone. While some projects remain shrouded in mystery, others, like Hideo Kojima's Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, are offering tantalizing glimpses into their progress. Recently, Kojima took to social media to share an exciting update: the lead voice actors for the Japanese dub have wrapped up their work. Although the recording process for this version is still underway, it appears to be nearing completion, signaling that the game is steadily inching closer to its release.

Over the past few days, the actors have been immersed in recording an "important scene" that features six pivotal characters from the game. To mark this significant milestone, the team celebrated with a small party and captured the moment with group photos. Kojima expressed a mix of emotions about bidding farewell to the actors, feeling both happy and sad, yet he's enthusiastic about the prospect of collaborating with them again in the future.

For those craving more details, mark your calendars: Death Stranding 2 will be spotlighted at the SXSW 2025 festival on the evening of March 10th. While it's unclear if the release date will be unveiled at this event, fans can certainly expect to learn more about the game's intriguing narrative and gameplay elements. Stay tuned for what promises to be an exciting reveal.
