KOF AFK Debuts in Canada, Thailand
The King of Fighters AFK is now available in early access for players in Thailand and Canada! Download it today from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Early access players are guaranteed to recruit Mature from the Orochi Clan.
While the previous mobile title, King of Fighters Allstar, is no longer active, this new AFK entry offers a retro RPG twist on the classic fighting game franchise. Netmarble has confirmed that progress made during early access will carry over to the full release.
King of Fighters AFK features iconic characters in a 5v5 battle system, allowing players to build diverse teams and experience nostalgic action.
A Different Approach
KoF AFK faces a challenge in attracting fans. Unlike King of Fighters Allstar, which included popular crossovers (like WWE), KoF AFK takes a significant departure from the original series' gameplay style.
However, the game's Neo-Geo Pocket-inspired sprites and the guaranteed recruitment of Mature (a powerful Orochi clan member) might entice some players.
