KEMCO has recently launched Metro Quester – Hack & Slash on Android, and they're not slowing down. They've now opened pre-registration for Alphadia III, the latest installment in the beloved Alphadia series. This title is a remake of the original third game from 2009, revamped using Unity for a mobile experience. It was released in Japan in October 2024 and is now set to captivate global audiences.

It’s a Retro RPG

Alphadia III offers a rich fantasy narrative, complete with nostalgic pixel graphics and classic turn-based combat. The game introduces a philosophical angle, unfolding before the timeline of Alphadia I. The backdrop is a world ravaged by the Energi War, where the pursuit of Energi, a life energy source, has led to widespread conflict.

In the game, you step into the shoes of Alphonse, an Energi clone initially following orders without question. A pivotal moment comes when a girl named Tart informs him of a companion's death, sparking a journey of self-discovery. Alphonse's exploration of his humanity, the meaning of life amidst endless war, forms the emotional backbone of the story.

The setting features the last three surviving nations: the Schwarzschild Empire, the Nordstrom Kingdom, and the Luminere Alliance, all embroiled in the final stages of the Energi War.

Pre-Registration Is Open for Alphadia III

You can now pre-register for both the premium and freemium versions of Alphadia III on the Google Play Store. The game is slated for an official launch on May 8th, 2025. It's optimized for controller use, and the premium version includes a bonus of 150 Comet Stones.

Alphadia III introduces new gameplay mechanics such as Arrays, the Energi Crock system, and SP Skills. Players can transform their ship into a seaplane, engage in missions and arena battles, and trade Energi Elements.
