Wuthering Waves Version 2.0: New Region and Console Launch!

Kuro Games' hit open-world RPG, Wuthering Waves, continues to expand with the recently released 1.4 update, adding the Somnoire: Illusive Realms mode and two new characters. But the excitement doesn't stop there! The biggest update yet, Version 2.0, is on the horizon.

Following a well-deserved nomination for Best Mobile Game at The Game Awards 2024, Kuro Games announced the highly anticipated Version 2.0 launch date: January 2nd! This update marks a significant milestone, bringing Wuthering Waves to PlayStation 5 for the first time, expanding its reach to console players.

The game's captivating combat, rich setting, and compelling narrative have already won over many fans. Set on Solaris-3, a planet divided into six nations (Huanglong, New Federation, and Rinsascita currently known), the story unfolds across these diverse regions.

With the Huanglong storyline nearing its conclusion, Version 2.0 introduces Rinascita, a brand-new region promising an expansive story and gameplay experience. Expect the next few updates to conclude the Huanglong arc in preparation for this exciting new chapter.
