Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy - All Power Cells in Precursor Basin
Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy's Precursor Basin: A Zoomer Driving Challenge
Following Fire Canyon's intense Zoomer section, Precursor Basin offers a seemingly less perilous, yet arguably more challenging, vehicle-based level in Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy. Mastering the Zoomer here is crucial for trophy hunters aiming to collect every item.
Herding Moles: A Gentle Start
Begin by herding four blind moles back to their holes using the Zoomer. Utilize the Zoomer's hop for sharp turns to keep them corralled. Reward: A Power Cell from the Geologist in Rock Village.
Catching Flying Lurkers: A Trickier Pursuit
These elusive creatures require skillful chasing and ramming. Intercept their turns for easier captures. The final Lurker yields another Power Cell.
Conquering the Gorge: A Time Trial

Beat the 45-second record set by the Gambler in Rock Village. Utilize Lurkers for extra height, and strategically collect Blue Eco speed boosts. Avoid Dark Eco Crates. A precise 180-degree turn is needed after the initial pit. A more risky, but potentially faster, route involves using a Lurker for an extra Blue Eco boost. Success earns a Power Cell and a trophy for times under 40 seconds.
Retrieving the Lake Power Cell: Precision Driving
Starting from the slope used during the Lurker chase, navigate the narrow bridges and gaps using precise hops and timing. A final 180-degree turn and hop across three islands leads to the Power Cell.
Healing Dark Eco Plants: A Green Eco Challenge
Charge with Green Eco and drive through the purple plants to cure them before they regenerate. Strategic use of the hop and Green Eco vents is key. Reward: A Power Cell.
Purple Precursor Rings: A Timed Race

Navigate the appearing rings before time runs out. Key moments include a daring hop off a bridge and another similar hop to avoid a hole in the raised track. Completion grants a Power Cell.
Blue Precursor Rings: The Ultimate Test

This challenging course demands precise driving and skillful use of the Zoomer's hop. Navigating around pillars, using rocks for aerial boosts, and making precise turns are essential. Avoid falling off the track.

Successful completion awards a Power Cell.
Collecting Scout Flies: A Hidden Treasure Hunt

Locate all seven Scout Fly boxes scattered throughout Precursor Basin. These are found near mole holes, on bridges, raised areas, and alongside the Blue Precursor Rings. Reward: A Power Cell.
