• Then, navigate to the Breezy Meadow region, situated south of Florawish.

In Breezy Meadow, head to the Meadow Wharf Warp Spire, located near the eastern coast. From the Warp Spire, proceed to the spot indicated on the map, where you'll find Viliak standing at Meadow Wharf, gazing out at the water. Engage in conversation with her to initiate the quest.

• To make these items appear as if you've "Caught a Big Fish," align the hook precisely at the front of the fish's mouth.
