Once Human Mobile Launches Next Month

  • Once Human, the survival shooter from NetEase and Starry Studio, is coming to mobile
  • The mobile version launches on March 23rd – mark your calendars!
  • Experience the same content as PC players, plus cross-character sharing and other features

Among upcoming mobile releases, few have captured my interest like Once Human, the paranormal open-world survival shooter from NetEase and Starry Studio. Set in a post-apocalyptic world filled with strange creatures and unexplained phenomena, it has even won over the notoriously demanding PC gaming community.

Starting April 23rd, mobile gamers can finally dive into Once Human. NetEase has confirmed that the mobile launch includes all the same content available on desktop. Plus, players who pre-register can enter a special prize draw.

But that’s not all—there’s more excitement ahead. On March 27th, a new cross-character sharing feature goes live, letting players share resources like blueprints, mods, weapon attachments, and cosmetics across characters.

ytBig updates coming soon

At first, I had doubts about NetEase releasing Once Human on PC before mobile, especially since PC players tend to be more critical of certain mechanics that mobile audiences readily accept. However, the game earned strong reviews even from sceptical PC gamers, which only ups the anticipation for the mobile version.

With multiple in-game events already underway—like Lunar Oracle Phase Three, which began on the 13th—expect even more content and activities when Once Human arrives on mobile.
