HoYoverse has just unveiled the exciting details for the upcoming Honkai: Star Rail version 2.4 update, set to launch on July 31st with the title 'Finest Duel Under the Pristine Blue.' This update is packed with a host of new content, so let’s explore what's on the horizon for players.

What’s New In Honkai Star Rail Version 2.4?

The Astral Express is set to journey to a new map called The Shackling Prison in Xianzhou Luofu, where players will have the opportunity to explore the workplaces of Xueyi and Hanya. This update introduces two new characters, Yunli and Jiaoqiu, alongside the return of fan favorites Sparkle and Huohuo.

Yunli, a 5-star Destruction unit, and Jiaoqiu, a 5-star Nihility unit, will be the stars of the show. Yunli makes her debut in Phase 1, starting July 31st, alongside Huohuo, Lynx, Yukong, and Hanya. Phase 2, beginning on August 21st, will feature Jiaoqiu, Sparkle, Arlan, Guinaifen, and Hook.

The Honkai Star Rail Version 2.4 update also introduces two new 5-Star Light Cones. Yunli’s signature, 'Dance at Sunset' of The Destruction path, will be available in Phase 1, while Jiaoqiu’s signature, 'Those Many Springs' of The Nihility path, will appear in Phase 2. Additionally, Huohuo’s 'Night of Fright' and Sparkle’s 'Earthly Escapade' Light Cones will make a comeback. Don't miss the official trailer below!

Tons Of Events And Features Are Lined Up!

The update brings a new Trailblaze Continuance Mission, the Xianzhou Luofu area known as The Shackling Prison, and Yunli’s Companion Mission. Players can also participate in the Gift Of Odyssey check-in event to earn 10 Special Star Rail Passes.

In the Saga of Primaveral Blade event, players will train March 7th alongside Yanqing and Yunli to prepare for a duel against the IPC’s Scott. Participating in this event will reward players with Stellar Jade, Self-Modeling Resin, a new chat box style, Tracks of Destiny, and the Hunt March 7th’s Eidolon.

Other exciting events include the Garden of Plenty and Planar Fissure, offering double drops for Golden and Crimson Calyx and Planar Ornaments. To get started with all these new features, download Honkai: Star Rail from the Google Play Store.
