Fans of *Star Wars Jedi: Survivor* were delighted to see new figures in this latest wave of Star Wars toys. Nightsister Merrin is getting a new figure, and Cal Kestis is featured in a three-pack set alongside Turgle and Skoova Stev. Notably, Cal's figure comes with multiple swap-out heads, including one with a handlebar mustache, which was a key focus for this release, according to Houle.

"Honestly, we just wanted to have fun with it," Houle shared with IGN. "This is one of my favorite packs that we revealed in the panel. We actually started with the handlebar mustache and the mullet, then added the clean cut and the short beard later. So for us, the primary look is almost the handlebar, and it's just so much fun."

As for Merrin, her inclusion was a no-brainer given her significant role in the *Fallen Order/Survivor* saga. The challenge lay in accurately depicting her unique Force abilities.

"It's tough to have Cal without Merrin," Reiff explained. "So we're glad we finally got to Merrin, but doing that Force effect, the green blast coming there, all the great detail of that new costume and the face tattoos with the inkjet. There's some beautiful subtlety going on there. She's a really cool character I know fans are invested in, and being able to build out that world is fantastic."

This year's lineup also included updates to two of Hasbro's perennial favorites - Han Solo and Chewbacca. Despite the numerous figures released over the years, Houle emphasized that there's always room for improvement.

"I mean, we haven't done them in a long time," Houle noted. "They needed an update, so we gave them fully new tools so they're brand new with the latest articulation, allowing fans to really celebrate and enjoy these classic characters with the latest technology. We've made quite a few updates, particularly with the articulation. We learned a lot from the Wookiees with their long hair."

Houle continued, "Despite the long hair, using softer plastics allows Chewie to pivot and move his head seamlessly, which was really important to us. For Han, we added articulation to the top of the boot instead of the thigh break to keep the red bars on his right thigh intact. Keeping that clean look was essential."

Among the standout figures in this lineup is The Ronin, inspired by the anime anthology series *Star Wars: Visions*. True to the series, The Ronin is a black-and-white figure with the only splash of color coming from his red katana lightsaber. As a Celebration-exclusive release, meticulous attention was paid to every detail, as emphasized by both Houle and Reiff.

"I love that we kept to it," Houle said. "Drawing from our understanding of Japanese culture, we focused on the premium look of the box, the magnets that allow it to open, the clean design, the watercoloring, and the hidden accessories on top of the box. Everything was meticulously crafted from packaging to design to engineering."

Reiff added, "Even the Japanese language on the exclusive packaging, which we don't usually do, was a special touch because we were in Japan. We wanted to fully embrace the culture and create a package that was entirely in Japanese."

Lastly, Hasbro delighted fans of the 1:1 scale Black Series helmet line by revealing a stunningly detailed Death Trooper helmet during their Celebration panel.

"It's a great fully new tooled helmet for the Black Series Premium roleplay line," Reiff stated. "It looks like it's straight out of the movie with the weathering, the lighting detail. You press a button on the side to control the chin lights and the spectre sensor lights. It's a fantastic addition to our line. We worked closely with Lucasfilm, using original files to nail all the details of this helmet, and we added our own touches to the interior because the real ones never had an inside, but this one does, complete with a fully detailed interior."
