Official press materials reveal that MindsEye centers around Jacob Diaz, a protagonist equipped with a neural implant—the MindsEye—that has severely impacted his memory, leaving him with fragmented flashbacks of his military service. His journey involves uncovering the truth about his past, confronting an AI-powered military force determined to thwart his progress.

MindsEye has been in development for several years. Following his departure from Rockstar Games, Benzies established Build a Rocket Boy, collaborating with IO Interactive (Hitman developers) on this ambitious project. Described as a AAA action-adventure title, MindsEye will also integrate the Everywhere platform, previously likened to a "high-budget Roblox" following a studio visit in 2024.

While the new trailer omits mention of Everywhere, MindsEye promises an exhilarating action experience from a leading figure in the gaming industry. Anticipate its release sometime in the summer of 2025.
