《最终幻想XVI》PC版将于9月17日发售
史克威尔艾尼克斯已确认，备受赞誉的《最终幻想XVI》将于今年9月17日正式登陆PC平台。这一消息也为该系列在PC平台的未来发展带来了乐观的前景，制作人暗示了未来作品可能在多个平台同步发售的可能性。《最终幻想XVI》PC版售价为49.99美元，豪华版售价为69.99美元。豪华版包含游戏的两个故事扩展内容：《陨落的回响》和《潮起》。为了让玩家在游戏发售前先睹为快，官方现已推出可游玩的试玩版。试玩版包含游戏的序章和一个专注于战斗的“伊沃尼克挑战”模式。试玩版的进度可以继承到完整游戏中。
此外，FFXVI制作人高井浩司在接受Rock Paper Shotgun采访时表示，为了PC版的发布，“我们将帧率上限提高到240fps，并且您可以选择各种升级技术，例如NVIDIA DLSS3、AMD FSR和Intel XeSS。”
