Event Horizon Prequel Unveils Dark Descent Comic Series

Almost three decades after its theatrical debut, Paul W.S. Anderson's Event Horizon is set to expand with a prequel. IDW Publishing has announced Event Horizon: Dark Descent, a five-issue comic series delving into the prelude to the film, uncovering the fate of the Event Horizon ship's original crew.

Dark Descent is penned by Christian Ward (Batman: City of Madness) and illustrated by Tristan Jones (Aliens: Defiance), with colors by Pip Martin (That Texas Blood) and cover art by Ward, Jeffrey Alan Love, Martin Simmonds, and Joshua Hixson.
