Etheria: Restart is gearing up for an exciting phase as it approaches its official launch. The game, an innovative free-to-play hero RPG with live arena battles, is set in a futuristic, sci-fi universe. In this immersive world, humanity faces a catastrophic global freeze and must upload their consciousness to Etheria, a digital realm where they coexist with the enigmatic beings known as the Animus. However, a new threat emerges with the Genesis Virus, which corrupts the Animus, turning them into hostile entities. As a member of the Hyperlinker Union, players take on the role of a Hyperlinker, tasked with combating this viral menace and uncovering its origins to protect both the virtual world and the remnants of real humanity.

Global Livestream on April 25

Etheria: Restart announced via Twitter (X) on April 21 that they will host a global livestream ahead of its final beta test. The livestream is scheduled for April 25, 2025, at 21:00 (UTC-5) on Etheria: Restart's official YouTube and Twitch channels. Developed using Unreal Engine, Etheria: Restart boasts detailed graphics and cinematic scenes, delivering a visually stunning experience. The gameplay combines strategic turn-based combat with real-time tactical control, and includes a PvP arena for competitive real-time battles against other players. The game also features a gacha system, where players can acquire new characters using Hydra Crystals, obtainable either through in-game achievements or real-life currency purchases.

Final Beta Test Starts May 8, 2025

The final beta test for Etheria: Restart is set to begin on May 8, 2025. This test will introduce players to the Anisync Echoes and Phantom Theater trial challenges, as well as real-time PvP (RTA) battles inspired by fan-favorite titles like Summoners War and Epic Seven.

Cross-play will be enabled during this beta, allowing players on mobile and PC to compete in the real-time arena, form the best squads for intense boss fights, and unlock new companions called "Shells." The recruitment for the final beta test is currently open, and interested players can find more details on the iOS App Store, Google Play Store, and the game’s official website. Note that pre-registration is not available in South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau.
