Epic Games and Telefónica have forged a significant partnership, resulting in the pre-installation of the Epic Games Store (EGS) on Android devices sold by Telefónica. This impacts millions of users across numerous countries.

This strategic move places the EGS alongside Google Play as a default app store option for O2 (UK), Movistar, and Vivo customers. This is a considerable advancement for Epic's mobile strategy, particularly given their ongoing legal battles with Apple and Google.
