The Story: A Demon, an Archer, and a Never-Ending Run

An ancient demon terrorizes the world, prompting forest spirits to awaken a long-forgotten archer. Armed with a bow and arrow, he embarks on a perilous quest to vanquish the demonic threat. But A Kindling Forest isn't about straightforward battles; it's a relentless race against time and treacherous obstacles.

Gameplay: Precision and Timing are Key

The screen continuously scrolls, presenting a constant barrage of sharp, unpredictable obstacles. Players must skillfully dodge or shoot these hazards using their arrows – their lifeline provided by the forest spirits. Running out of arrows means game over, making every shot crucial.

Five levels of escalating chaos await, each presenting unique challenges: leaping over spiders, teleporting through ruins, soaring above clouds, and navigating fiery lava flows. Strategically placed checkpoints offer respite, allowing players to restart and refine their approach after setbacks.

A unique split-screen design enhances the gameplay experience. One half controls jumping, the other aiming and shooting. Precise timing is paramount, aided by a helpful slow-motion effect during aiming.
